## Opening Script

## Two Questions Every Time

1. What is the child telling us?
2. What changes the next move?

## Threshold Question

Are we still in verbal/environmental support, team support, or immediate safety intervention?

## Repair Question

What does this child need from us after the event?

## Do Not Do

- Do not use real patient identifiers.
- Do not demonstrate unsafe contact.
