# Psychological Safety Script

Read before the first sim of the week:

"This is practice, not a test. We are not here to shame anyone. We are here to make the next hard moment safer for a child and safer for staff. Anyone can pass. We will not act out unsafe contact. We will practice judgment, not slogans."

## Facilitator Commitments

- I will model curiosity over correction.
- I will not name staff errors publicly.
- I will not use real patient identifiers.
- I will not demonstrate unsafe contact.
- I will stop the sim if psychological safety breaks.

## Staff Rights

- Any staff member may pass.
- Any staff member may raise a safety concern.
- Any staff member may ask whether a scenario has been clinically validated.
