2. Yellow assets are shells only; every clinical claim remains pending Nexus/CPI/addendum validation.
3. Red assets are not generated in this pack.
4. Nothing in this folder is clinical policy.
5. Nothing in this folder authorizes patient care practice, CPI substitution, restraint/seclusion decisions, or clinical rollout.
6. Publication means "available for review," not "approved for use."
